I make my menu every morning. I eat only what is on my menu. If things change, I revise my menu.
I know what I am eating; so I know I am not gaining weight.
I weigh every day. When the scale moves, I know it, and I claim it .
Works for me!
Keeps me accountable too.
For me accountability is what it is all about.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every morning. Do not want to miss the day my weight goes down to the lowest yet. Counting calories makes me accountable and I know I am not gaining weight nor matter what the scale says.
