my "diet" is a mix of veganism & things i've learned from You: On A Diet, Skinny Bitch, & Eat This, Not That! i'm loath to say i'm dieting though, i prefer to think of it as changing my eating & exercise habits to become healthier, because being healthy is my main goal. :)

haha, i'm just the opposite! i wish i would have realized how much i love exercise earlier. i go for at least 40 minutes, 6 days a week.

like everyone else, i weigh myself every day(at the gym; i don't have a scale that works at my house), but i only really pay attention on friday. i just do it every day out of habit. hell, before i started going to the gym i'd step on my broken scale out of habit too.

if you have the cooking channel on your television, the show Spice Goddess with Bal Arneson(i think that's how you spell it?) is an indian cooking show, & she often makes vegetarian dishes. they're mostly veggies & spices too, so it seems pretty low-calorie Very Happy

i totally hear you on number three! it's really just the "actually getting off your butt to go do it" that's the difficult part for me, but once i'm past that, i'm actually finding that i have fun Very Happy
