HCG Diet...Day 1 here we go...
I started HCG injections and am following a 750 calorie diet from Dr. Emma http://dremmasdiet.com/. This is the clinic I am going to and I love it. It is a healthy holistic apporach. I have been trying to lose weight for 15 years and my body just doesn't process food like some others. I am shocking and leansing my body. Since April 14th I am down 2% in body fat and 9 pounds and I am not hungry at all! I also drink 115 ounces of water which was a bit hard but I am doing it and can already tell a huge difference. My skin is softer and I am told that I am glowing. I have energy and just feel amazing. I have a ways to go but I look forward to it!
