Ordered my South Beach diet Guide and a Cookbook. Hoping it comes in time for the new year. Wanting to get started on chaging my life.

Getting back on track and ordered my South Beach Diet cookbook and Guide today. Hope to get started after the first or once the books come in. I need to change before my blood pressure takes over and forces me too.

Well, I've ignored dieting and still having difficulty with the money situation. Husband just cant seem to get a job making what he did before. It's funny how you get used to a certain income and then poof! It disappears! We also have two boys who just started college this fall. Pasta and potatoes are so much cheaper than meat and fresh veggies. I pray God changes our situation soon so I can get back to thinking about being healthy again. I'm going to have to resort to more activity I think since the food situation isn't changing at the moment. Can't wait till it gets a little cooler here so I can start walking again. It's been in the 90's here in FL and just too hot and Humid! Hurry up cooler weather! good luck everyone and stay strong!
