I'm a 41 year old mother of 3. I have had weight issues my entire life, but with age and children, the weight simply does not come off as quickly... if at all. I found myself in a terrible cycle where no matter how many hours I put in to exercise, I just wasn't losing the weight. I would end up drowning my sorrows in food, powdered gem donuts were a favorite, which really only made things worse.

Last year I learned about the hCG diet and managed to shed 40 pounds very quickly. It was a real motivator and got me feeling good about myself again, and pushed me forward and back in to weight loss. I no longer have the mental ability to handle another round with hCG, though. Although the results are quick, it is not easy. Next I gave Atkins Diet a try and managed to go nowhere. I actually ended up gaining a few pounds here, and a few there, which didn't bother me in the least. However, after "gettting back on track", I wasn't able to lose the weight again, and then gained more! Regardless of watching my calorie intake and exercising. I was baffled. I was devastated! I didn't know what to do to, because it seemed like I was doing everything I could already.

My next step was to go back to some diet plan such as LA Weightloss, Weight Watchers or Medifast. It was apparent that I could not do this on my own. I guess I'm just the type of person who has to have some structured plan to follow in order to lose weight. I was looking around on the internet, and came across Bodybugg. Remembering talking to someone who used it, I thought I may as well give it a try. It was a less expensive alternative, at least. I bought it in August 2011, and I started back on my weight loss at 184 pounds. It was well worth the investment! I'm now I'm down to 170 again! I love, love, LOVE Bodybugg!

I feel so good about myself now! I think I look pretty good, and I feel great! I'm on my way, so look out!!

How is it going for you? I'm considering it, but worried it will become yet another thing that I pay for that doesn't really work, or that I won't find the time for. Have you seen improvement? Was it a good buy?

How many calories is enough during induction?
It's about the sugar alcohol in the bars. It can cause some people to stall. If you stall, make those the first to go.

Weight loss ticker
Email Fatsecret or go to their technical link. They are quick to fix problems. I had a problem with my ticker not showing up, in the beginning. I was expecting a facbook experience where they wouldn't get back to me... ever... but they fixed it in a day!

Have to get off Atkins and my Dr. suggested South Beach
I think both are very similar. Both are low carb diets, but South Beach usually suggests lower fat alternatives. Atkins would say chicken with skin on, South beach says skinless. Atkins says bacon, SB says turkey bacon. I think SB is based on glycemic index.... It will probably be pretty easy to switch, without weight gain.
