Kettle bells!
I recently started using Kettlebells for my work out routines once a week. I started with 5lbs, because I have zero weight training experience under my belt. I searched you tube videos for 30 minute beginner sessions, and found a few to use but so far I have only tried one video by fitness blender and I find it is a great beginner work out. Eventually I will do it more than once a week and will try other intro videos when I do. Good luck!
