How many Carbs should I be eating?
Not a simple question but I will give you two simple answers. Most foods have carbs and fats added for texture, preservation, etc. so stick to protein sources as much as possible. Also, a meal with a ratio of 1 fat/2 protein/4 carb is optimal for your metabolism. Avoid eating meals with carbs over double your protein, or add more protein to the meal.
