I am 54 years young and am recently divorceed from my husband of 20 years. I work for the DOD and have for 17 years. This job is very fullfilling because I work with the public everyday. In my new journey through life I have decided to take this time to do things for myself. I joined Outpost Crossfit and I am going 5 times a week and love it. It definately clears my mind and soul.
