Well, I haven't had such a good week. Couldn't get on this site, due to the fact that our computer crashed and it took a few days to get everything repaired.
But, now I'm back ... thanks for the advice everyone. But, as I said it's been tough. My doctor sent me for a sleep deprived EEG this Tuesday which really threw my body for a loop. No sleep from 8pm Monday to 8am Tuesday (time of the test). Then, of course I couldn't sleep and ended up feeling sick with a headache and stomach ache. So, I didn't eat much (soup/toast) and didn't drink all my water. I'm finally getting my food/water back on track although my sleep is still not right. Hopefully tonight I'll get a good nights sleep. But I've been working alot of hours and it has been hard ... I'm pretty miserable, moody and all in all cranky.
I haven't lost - actually gained a couple of pounds and I haven't lost any inches either. But my pants are getting loose ... someone explain that to me??
Well the weather is beautiful here (Ontario Canada)so, I'll have to get back to walking every day, hopefully that will help.

Well it's Monday ... I did pretty good considering it was the Easter Weekend. Hope everyone else did well!
Had my turkey, sweet potato, veggies - NO roll, butter, gravy/sauces, NO CHOCOLATE - Wow especially considering I'm a chocoholic!!!
I'm not going to weigh or measure just yet. I did last week, after 8 days on YOAD, and was very disappointed, no loss!! I've been advised that it's not unusual for this to happen and to stick to it. So, I feel better, so I'll just keep going!
Anyone have some advice for a "Newbie", I'll take any tips you can offer!!
