Help! I am SOOO fed up, what am I doing wrong??
Thanks all for your input, any advice is welcome. I really need to try something different cuz obviously what I am doing is not working. I must say that in all honesty I underestimate what calories I burn as there is no calculator for estimating calories burnt for ball throwing, painting, moving furniture, box unpacking, closet organizing, cooking, flower potting,( we have just moved) Etc. I guess what really ticks me off is that WW is supposed to be the cure all- teach how much/ portion control, to eat or drink and still be a healthy weight. so what I am getting at is that I could eat for the rest of my life 1600 cal and be active and still be very overweight. It just doesn't seem fair. I am on a pity party right now! Lol .
I will keep plugging away and try new combinations of things. Please contribute any thoughts or ideas as all are taken into kind consideration. Cheers.

Help! I am SOOO fed up, what am I doing wrong??
Hi all, I am so frustrated
I am ready to give up on the WW stuff. I have been doing it for FOUR weeks, writing down everything that touches my lips, an average of 1600 cal a day, 3 liters of water (it is hot where I live), and I have not lost ANYTHING!
I have always done low carb diets in the past and always gained the weight back. So i was encouraged to do WW as it would allow me to eat what I like but teach me portion control, not be so hard on my kidneys/liver, blah blah blah. Well it isn't working and I am ready to pack it in and go back to what works even if I do eventually gain some back.
I was actually enjoying the WW plan, but obviously there is no way I am sticking with it if I don't drop any weight!
If anyone has any insight about my plight, please drop a line! Any advice or hints would be appreciated.
Cheers.
