I've been overweight my whole life, but never as heavy as I am right now. I lost some weight in college (down to 175, which for me is good) and managed to keep it off for about 3 years. But then after that it started to slowly creep back on. I think a lot of it had to do with the stress in my life due to graduate school, moving, relationships, etc. I know I need to make serious lifestyle changes, but also know I can do it since I've had some success before.
I'd love some buddies who are in a similar situation, preferably those who have a significant amount of weight to lose and are doing South Beach. But anyone who is positive and motivated is welcome too!
