If you have access to a pool this is a perfect exercise for you....even if you can only do it a couple of times a week. The more weight you loose, the easier it will be on your knees and your overall health. I wish you lots of luck my friend, stay focused, keep busy and know that you have support here.

My walking got a little off track this weekend...Tropical storm Debby...too wet and windy to even venture outside.

Went a little off track today...slow day at work....major niggles at home and just a bunch of excuses....didn`t log any food today. Start fresh tomorrow.
