I have 3 wonderful daughters, twin 2 year olds and a 3 year old. They are 13 months apart and tend to keep us really busy. I pride myself on being a great dad first, everything else comes after my daughters. I work for a large corporation in a leadership role. In my prior life I was an athlete, my passion was football I started playing when I was 8 years old and played through division I College.

I really started to feel like a slave to meal planning/preparation and to the gym so I have had a long hiadous from eating healthy and working out in the gym. I have been dabbling a little here and there but have not had much luck finding my comfort zone with my workout/Meal schedules.

This summer I decided to train and run a marathon. I completed the Twin Cities Marathon in 4:25. I plan to run another Marathon this June in Duluth Minnesota.

is there any tip to enjoy jogging?
Best way to start to like running is to keep running. You'll be surprised in a little while you'll stop worring about when your going to be done and start to use the time to unwind things on your mind. Keep after it, its hard for everyone in the beginning

I have never used one but was thinking about the same thing yesterday. Where can you buy them?
