I am a second career accountant who has always struggled with my weight. On January the 3rd, 2011 after leaving a clients office I started feeling really sick and was afraid I was having a heart attack. I went to an emergency clinic and found out my blood pressure was through the roof. I missed the next day of work and saw my primary physician and we discussed loosing weight and exercise. I then made a vow to drop around 75lbs total and get exercise. I saw a kettleworx infomercial and remebered seeing this being sold at a Kohls. I started this workout regiment on January 17th thus far I have lost about 24lbs. and am feeling strong and looking much better. I still have a long way to go but all I can do is take it day by day.Update after 9 months I have 83 lbs and want to loose about 5 more to hit 170. I have 2 different types of exercise programs the 1st was Kettleworx and now I am doing Rushfit which is longer in time approximately 52 minutes 6 days a week and 8 weeks long.
