Jan 9 2014 I weighed 231 lbs. My goal first weight is 165 lbs. Joined Fat Secret Jan 29 2014 weighing 213 lbs. July 1 2014 I weighed 179 lbs. Since then I have yo-yoed between 208lbs - 180lbs. I finally decided to quit smoking and gained some unwanted weight back. Jan 4 2016 I was back up to 231 lbs. Here we go again! Onward to 165lbs.

Basal metabolic rate
Not That accurate in my opinion. It doesn't take build or body shape into account. here is a better calculator I use.
It is more accurate but not 100%.
