I am a 30 something mom of 2. Married and work full time. I try to stay active with 2 kids. I walk almost everyday in the morning and at work & I try to take my kids out walking with me a few times per week. I live in Minnesota, so being active in the winter time doesn't always happen! Just looking to get some tips, advice, and support! I never had a problem losing weight until after I had my 2nd child....then all the sudden I had to work very hard at it. Working on getting back to my weight that I feel comfortable at.
