How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself every day. It is amazing how your weight can fluctuate when you do so. That is why I am so glad that FatSecret puts our weigh-ins on a graph.

Simple Raw Food Recipes
I just love how I feel when I eat raw foods.

I do not do it everyday but I am aspiring to be 80% raw vegan.

I love to make simple raw foods that are flavor explosions.

However, I am looking for a few more.

So, if anyone has any raw food recipes that are simple and extremely flavorable, please share with me on this post.
