Fat Burners- Good or BAD?
Ive used Hydroxycut Max once, it made me feel sick whenever I didn't drink enough water. While taking this, I wasnt really into fitness.. I lost 2kg in that month but I think I couldve lost more if I exercised too.
A year later I used ECA... Never again will I ingest this!!! It messed me up completely! I was jittery, nauseous all the time and had the worst headaches.
4 months after that I used Nutrex Lipo 6 Ultra Concentrate. In 2 months I lost 4-6kg with exercise.
Today Im using absolutely nothing...Im kinda afraid that my body is going to become dependent on these supplements in order to lose fat. Am I right by thinking this way?

Thanks Diablo ... It can become extremely frustrating when you dont see any loss. All I see is my body toning itself especially in my legs (my favourite workout).
I have a question: should I be doing ab exercises or is it pointless at this stage. Do I need to lose the fat around the muscle first?

Thank you Eshny... Im currently 114 pounds and wanna lose 9. I think its all in my stomach and this seems to be the hardest. I'll take your advice and continue to watch what Im eating. On the bright side, it's summer so who would say no to fruit and salad. Fergie abs here I come!!!
