Why do you want to lose weight?
1. To be healthier (high bp & diabetes runs in my family)
2. To look better in my clothes (vain yes but true, I don't mind spending money to buy clothes in a smaller size ^_^)
3. To stop having my mom tell me to go to the gym
(I take motivation anyway I can take it)

All this water and every 5 minutes I have to PEE!
LOL I've noticed that when I back off the other drinks and just drink water I do have to pee frequently for the first few weeks and then i hit my equilibrium. Ppl are now tellingmre how clear my skin looks and I noticed my skin doesnt dry out as fast as it use to
