I'm starting to eat more whole grains now, which is not in my diet. This is more like macrobiotic now, with grain added in. I don't think it will make me gain. We will see. :-)
I did notice now that before I was a size 14, and now wearing size 12 pants and they are loose at the waist now. Maybe I can fit size 10 now??

Haven't been following the diet well. Although I do try to make sure I have veggies in each meal. Added some bread back into my meals, so maybe I should cut that out again. Am going to eat less sugar too this year.

I've seen to have reach a plateau in my weight loss, but I am not overly concern. This summer it was hard to follow my diet, because I couldn't get the food I needed because of unemployment. And pretty much had to eat what I had at the house at the time. So a lot of not the right choices.
Now that I'm back to work, I hope I'm more able to follow my diet.
I've learned about raw food diet, and am interested in doing some of that as well.
