i have a feeling my scale is a bad scale...between the abuse it has suffered with my kids jumping on it...i think i may not be getting accurate results when i step up on it. so i know how i am going to measure my progress...its called trying on my jeans that have become extremely too small for me that i used to be able to wear...when they become easier to put on...then i know i am making the progress :-)

I know this is going to be rough cause well, I don't have much support from the husband. He even brought home 2 candy bars for me yesterday!!! I was so upset cause he knew that I am doing this challenge and trying to drop back down in the weight! I almost feel like he is going to sabatoge me. so to curb my choclate cravings I went out and bought a couple boxes of that special K ceral and the snack chips...that is what I will stuff in my mouth when I get those crazy cravings and he can get fatter all by himself :-) I know, so mean LOL I also had to force myself to get some house cleaning done....i put my pandora on and picked the monster ballad station...that got me rocking!! I finished scrubbing the kitchen floor while listening to Tom Petty "Free Fallin" and the ultimate sexy stripper/mopping song....Warrent "Cherry Pie"!! Oh yeah...suck in that tummy and move them hips girls :-) i have more working out that I will do today including some more working out with the ab rocker that I got :-) I will do this :-) I am going to go pull out a pair of jeans that I will make my goal jeans for 2 weeks from now...trying them on every day and I know I will make progress!! For now, I am gonna get up and do some dancing to Poison..."UnSkinny BOp"

i tried so hard to be good overnight at work, but those hashbrowns were calling me and I was starving....so i went for it. I know shame on me :-( but I also know that I have worked off every bit of calories that I took in and more than that. I should do well up until thursday cause I am off till then. I also bought one of those ab rockers to help me tone my tummy with everything else and help with my challenge of losing 20 pounds in 9 weeks! so it is now off to make hot dogs for the kids and 1 for myself cause...i am very hungery then it is off to get some much needed sleep :-)

starting the journal and entries, it all begins at 8 or 830 pm when i head off to work, cause that is like my morning. i knew i burned some massive calories working but wow!!! i shouldn't be tubby like I am for that many calories burned while working as a waitress...however, when i looked at the calorie counts of the foods i had been eating I relize why I still have the tummy. I actually split up my 10 pc nugget...i ate 5 before midnight and then didn't get a chance to finish the last 5 until about 5am!! i would have added another 300 or so on if my carmel/hot fudge sundae didn't break down...it was on ice but the soft serve broke down and it was just ewww. guess it worked in my favor! i just gotta make sure I am viligant on keeping my eyes open when it comes to the calories that I intake...cause on nights I work...yeah, i really burn them off :-) as far as excercising today...um, probly not...i am still, even after 9 yrs, shy about doing stuff like that in front of the husband...mainly cause he likes to critisie even those he has become quite tubby himself but refuses to get off his butt and workout too. i even got the dvd's for biggest loser workouts so he could do them...he blew them off. yeah, he is a bucket full of motivation ...NOT!! LOL but who cares...i am doing this for me, not him!

just did my food entry..wow! the funny thing is that I waitress for Waffle Hous and I try to make some good choices....guess a waffle would be a better choice than the ham and cheese omelet from now on :-( and no more hashbrowns scattered, smothered, diced, chuncked and capped :-( wait a darn minute..i can eat what I want as long as I burn the extra calories off...its those extra calories that pack on the fat :-) but i still have to consious of how many calories I take in so I know what I need to take off :-)
