Hi everyone =)

I never know what to say on these bios so to keep it short and simple I'm 23 years old and have been overweight for as long as I can remember. Being the "big girl" never bothered me, that is until I found myself out of breath by simple going up one flight of stairs. So I decided that I need to get myself in shape, not just to look good but to be healthy!! I currently work as an Administrative Assistant so most of the day I'm just sitting at my desk but I try to get to the gym 3 times a week, depending on my schedule. My goal weight is 170 (just a random number I chose) and I have no time limit, I just want to make sure I get there by doing it in a healthy way :-)

Favorite Holiday Traditions
I miss Christmas in Puerto Rico and the parandas - our form of caroling. I lived there til I was 6 and every christmas my grandma would make tons and tons of food and the guys from the neighborhoods would form the parandas and go house to house singing with their guitars and what not, it was great =) Then at some point we'd end up at my grandpa's house where he'd have an entire pig roasting on a stick in the backyard, tons of food, tons of people, tons of music ... it was great =)

Why doesn't my face look thinner?
I think you look fantastic!! And your face definitely looks thinner ... don't listen to what people are saying ... the proof is in the pictures! Keep up the great work =)
