Started LCHF in January 2012 when I weighed 282 lbs. Lost down to 198 lbs by September, when I was also about a month pregnant! Thanks LCHF! Anyway, I had a fabulous pregnancy and didn't gain much until the end. I'm currently at 221 lbs (as of 6/12/14). I keep gaining and losing the same 10 lbs since June 2013, but I've not been tracking my carbs for the most part of this past year. And so the dreaded carb-creep. So starting this week, I'm getting back on track to losing and getting to my goal of being in onederland and ultimately weighing 180 lbs!
