Xbox Kinect
I also have a Kinect and use The Biggest Loser game when I have time and it really has given me a workout. The game also tracks your movements to make sure you are doing them correctly and I use Bob Harper as my trainer. I have thought about getting the "Your Shape" and after reading this I may get it. I have a Wii also but never used it for exercise. I also have Dance Central for Kinect and that has also helped me burn some calories also. I have a 12 year old and a 10 month old and its hard for me to fit in exercise since I work full time.

Really Struggling
Hi Misty, I felt the same as you, very discouraged and just felt I couldnt do it. I have a 9month old and its hard for me to get a work out in at times. A co-worker and good friend of mine lost 70lbs so far and it really inspired me to start. I work full time and try to get some walking in during my lunch hour and if I can work out during the week at home I will even if its only for 20 min. Weekends I wait until my baby naps and then I can get in about 30-45 min. Keeping track of food and exercise here has helped me tons! When I ate really wrong one day usually I would give up and quit but instead now I just try again the next day. I have also tried new things with food like instead of a hamburger I will make a chicken burger and instead of a white roll I use a weight watchers roll. I love chicken burgers now and dont miss hamburgers at all. Instead of regular fries I will have baked sweet potato fries. I give you a lot of credit for getting a work out when you can. You can get a lot of support here. I am a mommy of 2 and I am determined to get back to a healthy weight.

Easy low calorie lunches
I usually have salads with some chicken with a low carb/low fat dressing or a sandwich with high fiber bread, lean turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato and light mayo. I have been only drinking water with meals these days and that helps cut out calories from juices and sodas.
