Need some help...
I have 17 pounds left to go too and I've hit a plateau as well...I don't have any advice for you, I've just stayed true to my eating plan and am trying to exercise more. We'll bust through--don't worry!!

Oatmeal!!!
I use brown rice and blueberries with a packet of splenda...I don't know if that fits in Fat Smash, but it saves me from having to eat oatmeal! Laughing
