I'm a competitive cyclist, cycling coach, and personal trainer. I usually gain weight in the winter months and I try to reduce to racing weight by the end of April each year. I have gained more (about 10 lbs.) than I was able to lose last year and the year before, and of course I have not been as successful in races the last two years. I am motivated to be successful this year at weight loss and at racing. I'm hoping that the extra attention that FatSecret is asking of me will make the difference. I'm wondering if there are any folks reading this who are physically active yet have struggled to lose "a mere" 5 or 10 pounds. If you have any advice, I would appreciate it.
