Hi all, I'm Stephen. I spent some time in the military, afterwards I kept eating the same junk but not working out anymore. I was the same height and 132 pounds when I joined, now I'm 190. While I don't want to get down that low I would like to hit somewhere under 170 (not sure if 160 would be too low or not). I started changing my diet and exercising in November of 2010 but didn't do as well with it as I would have liked. I'm hoping this site helps me keep better track of how much I am eating. I've never kept a food journal before but I'm willing to try.
