I am an ex-athlete who has now put on too much weight for me to even handle :) I am about 70 pounds overweight and I want to get back to being healthy again. I have gone vegan over the last little bit and I am very holistic in my health approach. What I do though is, I eat way too much! Ugh!
Anyway, I'm going to Hawaii in September and I want to look and feel my best when I'm there. There is nothing like going to a tropical climate to motivate you :D
