I have always used the excuse that I come from a large family and that I could not help how big I was. It all came to a head when I reached my maximum weight 321. I have always made excuses for what I did, I am sure like many others have, but when everything came back to me it became clear that no one was going to help me but me. So I had made the decision to finally do something about my weight.

In the last two years I have quit smoking, stopped drinking soda, and lost close to 80 pounds. It is a great start to a healthier life. I like to encourage others and show them that if they want it bad enough that it can and will be done.
