I am an engineer with a desk job. Graduated college 2 years ago. On campus, I was active and walked everywhere and had a job that kept me on my feet. In these last 2 years, my activity level dropped and my eating habits took a turn for the awful. That equals the nearly 25lbs I've gained. I want to get back my body and be fitter and physically ready for the next chapter of my life. The years where my metabolism drops and time to workout and make healthy choices might not be as easy. There is a history of heart disease in my family, so now is the time to start doing everything I can to make sure I'm around with a great quality of life!

My current goal is a drop of 35lbs to 200lbs. From there I will reevaluate my next goal, whether that be more weight loss or more muscle building.

Yup! Just bananas tastes amazing! Every once in awhilhe (when calories allow) I'll add a little heavy whipping cream 1-2 Tbl. per banana. Creamy delicious and $0.49 a lb.

Confessions of a scale-a-holic
I'm a daily, if not more, weigher. Maybe it's the low levels of OCD kicking in, but I love tracking this type of stuff. Keeps me motivated and a desire to do better the next day if I fall off a little bit.

I'd say use what works best for you.
