New easy to go lunch
Last week I was travelling, and wanted to stay on course with my healthy eating pattern (I refuse to call it a diet).
I purchased Tuna Salad in a packet that was premade...like $1.27! I had a 3 point (old points system) sandwich with my Sara Lee Lite bread!

Added a piece of fruit for a snack later, and managed to stay the course! Yippee~

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
@ dead center -
Good point! There are positives to every day weighing in. Keeping it honest and in line is great rationale. Thanks!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
too much!!! Every morning, after exercize...I need to STOP!!!
I think the best advice (and I need to comply) is to weigh one dedicated day per week.
