How to set a new goal weight?
I found that on the "weigh in" site on the right hand side nearer the bottom.

Actually I looked again and it is in weight history on the right hand side closer to the bottom.

They used to set up the food outside my office too and I asked that it be moved down the hall to a small empty office. It is way better now. I don't see it, smell it, and I forget about itSmile

best breakfast?
1/3 cup of egg white in microwave on 1 slice whole wheat toast (lightly buttered with becel), 1 slice of fat free cheese, and 1/4 of a large orange.

its not a diet its healthy living
I totally get what you are saying. I was there 5 years ago, and now I have accepted that I need to eat what is good for me and healthy for me and I know that this is a lifestyle not a fad so it is not a diet.
