My Name is Bethany, I'm 23 years old. 5'8" and weigh entirely too much! I have 2 kids who are my life. I've been married to my husband for almost 2 years.

I'm doing this for myself and no one else. I'm tired of pleasing everyone else and still being mad at myself. I'm tired of the low self esteem being over weight has had on me. Basically I'm tired. So I'm hoping and praying that being on the Fat Smash Diet is the right thing for me. I CAN do this I know I can!
