e-Cigarettes
I have not done an E-cig, but I did quit smoking the same day I started dieting and it was tough at first. Now I am actually seeing people smoke and I am not feeling cravings for it or anything. My chest used to get all tight, telling me I need to have a drag from a cigarette. I started listening to this CD with headphones on at night with it on repeat and it is really working, plus my choice to really stop. The cd is a subliminal persuasion self hypnosis to stop smoking from Barrie Konicov. You are supposed to listen to it for at least 30 days straight, and like I said I feel great not smoking already and I stopped on the 22nd of April.
