Hello! I am a lifelong member of weight loss due to my long history of obesity as a child. At 18 y/o I hit my highest weight of 280 lbs. and decided that it was time to take control of my weight and made a commitment to CHANGE. It was from that point when I began my journey of weight loss. I loss 125 lbs. in one year and have continued to keep my weight within a reasonable limit for the past 25 years. I have not gained backed all of my weight, but I do fluctuate between 20-25 lb. gain depending on my tracking and monitoring. It is not easy but it is certainly worth it!!!

Anything is possible as long as you commit!!! : ) I am excited to get back on track by monitoring my input and output to get the best results possible!
