Over 50 with same 60 lbs
I'm over fifty with 150 to lose! Same old story. Gave up smoking almost 20 years ago and put on 100 pounds in a year, since then the weight kept creeping up and up and up. Then I developed Vitiligo (the Michael Jackson condition)which is loss of pigment and wore excessive clothes to cover it up. I didn't realize how much weight I gained until I made the decision to strip some of the covering off. Wow! Was I shocked at what I saw. 305 pounds was my absolute highest. I am now down to 293 which I'm pround of, but a whole lot more to go. I want to get off of breathing machine, diabetes and high blood pressure medicine. I am exercising more. Using an IPod and turning it up loud and dancing up a storm! I start a new job the Monday after Thanksgiving and hopefully the required get up and go will help the weight get off and be gone!
