I re-started my journey in Nov and have lost 10# already. I am just starting to feel better and more energized the back pain is much better and my knees are starting to become stronger. I am feeling more like my real self, for months I have been dragging, depressed and in severe pain. A few months ago I had to quit my job because of increased back pain due to increased work load and I was nearly incapacitated. Just walking to the mailbox I would be in so much pain I would almost be in tears. I have been doing fluidity workouts plus stationary bike and yoga stretching in my own living room, among other things.
A few years ago I weighed about 300#!! I started working out and had lost about 115# but I got side tracked and overwhelmed with stresses and life and gained some of it back. I am just happy that I did not gain it all back before I put a stop to it! :) But I did gain way more than I should have or obviously would have liked. Well here I go again! I have 78# to go to get to where I want to be on the scale and I WILL get there!
