Gained it all back after my wedding on 9/17/2012. Time to drop those 25 I found and another 20 after that.

My % for the day?
I was trying to remember that too, so I'm going to post to this as a bookmark so I can come back when someone answers. I think it is supposed to be less than 10% carbs, 20% protein, 70% fat. But that's a guess.

Looking for some buddies
I lost 8# in two weeks, then decided to have a drink or two (or more *blush*). My weight loss graph tells the story. It has taken me a week to recover. Ugh!

Dairy Queen
I bet if you cut out the ketchup, you'll shave off at least one more carb
I've been sticking to mayo and occasionally dijon mustard for condiments.
If you have a Jimmy John's in your area, their menu is interactive like that too. And they will build you an unwich (lettuce wrap). The Hunter's Club is only 1.78 carbs for everything. I add cucumber to it, and it ups the veggies.
Actually, I just went to the DQ website and rebuilt your burger only removing the ketchup, and the whole thing is 1 carb.

A low carb awakening!
Great movie. I just let it play in the background while I was working, and it made so much sense! I love the last part where he ate bacon and eggs, cheese burgers, steaks, fried cheese, broccoli in butter... That's what I eat and no one can believe I lost 4.2# my first week. My energy level is sky high. I sleep like a baby at night. If only every one would give it one week, they would feel so much better.

I just looked at your daily calendar and it is there. I did a print screen, but I can't attach it here. Message me your e-mail address and I'll send it if you like.
