I know what you mean. I do intervals on the treadmill. For example: 5 minutes at 5.0, 3 minutes at 6.0, one minute at 7.0, 3 minutes at 6.0 and so on. Before you know it, you're a half hour in! Sometimes it's easier to look at it in digestible chunks rather than the whole. Good luck!
