Being a new mother, finding a decent child care provider, going back to work, and getting our finances together has put my diet/lifestyle on a HAAAALL ...

Stress is the culprit. Starting the diet (for real) and getting my life together. tough stuff. But when the going gets tough, I get going to the gym. Ha!
