I was on Medifast from May 15-June 30, 2012 -- about 6 weeks. In that time, I lost 15 lbs. I took July 1 - Aug. 18 "off" because I didn't want to be so strictly on plan during my overly social summer. I ate with lots of portion control when I was out with everyone, but on the days I wasn't being social, I followed Medifast. Luckily, I didn't gain any weight during my time "off plan," but that's because I exercised a lot and was careful not to overheat anything. Since I officially came back on plan on Aug. 19, I've lost another 2 lbs. Total weight loss: 17 lbs. Would love to lose 13 more!

Cheese puffs or cereal?
Hi Snowbear. Have you tried it w/almond milk? On the Take Shape for Life website, it says you can have almond milk with the cereal. Here's a copy of what it says:
"You can enjoy Medifast Mixed Berry Cereal Crunch straight out of the bag, or have half a serving of cereal with half a French Vanilla Shake for a rich, satisfying breakfast. Or have the whole bag with a half cup of Blue Diamond Almond Breeze® or a whole cup of Silk Pure Almond® in Unsweetened Original or Unsweetened Vanilla; they count as one condiment on the Medifast 5 & 1 Plan."

Cheese puffs or cereal?
Has anyone tried the chili nacho cheese or Parmesan cheese puffs? Has anyone tried the cereals? My order is about to process and I want to know if they're worth getting!
