cooking spaghetti squash
Sorry just gettng back to you. Hope dinner was good! The cooking time depends on how big the squash is and your microwave. I figure an average size is about 15 min. Look for shinny skin and also if you can pock a knife in it easily, it's done.

cooking spaghetti squash
There are many ways, but I found the eaiest way is to microwave it.
First wash off the out side and pierce with knife for venting. Depending on the size of your squash, you microwave until the outside of the squash looks shinny or glossy. (Turn over at some pointe.) When cooked carefully cut open being making sure not to steam yourself. Scoop the seeds out and throw out. Scoop the squash out. In serving bowl mix with your favorte seasoning. If dry add water or lowcal milk. Add any spice; cin, netmeg, allspice. Also add low cal butter flavering for taste. This is how I cook all of my squash. Branch out and try other squash. My faverate is butternut!
