How Many Ounces or Cups Are in a Serving?
I want to track how many ounces of bread and meat and cups of vegetables, fruit, and milk that I am eating in my Food Diary, but I am not sure how? The preset measurements that I find for foods are all based on serving sizes, but they aren't in units like ounces or cups. If I had, for example, a Subway chicken sub, how can I know the ounces and cups of food in it? Do I have to separate everything into its separate foods and mearure them?
