I record every bite I eat, because if I don't I overeat. Sounds lame, but there you have it. I stay at about 1600 calories/day, and try to eat a bit less during the week so I have extra calories for the weekend. My food journal is paper and pen - I don't use FS for that. It works for me, physically and psychologically.
I eat fairly "clean" - organic fruits and veggies and dairy when possible, fresh food (not packaged), generally avoid preservatives, food coloring, etc. Having said that, I have a weakness for Reese's cups. ;-)
I am on FS because it is interesting and I learn things!
