I am 69 years old and retired. I have a good marriage and am very content with my life with the exception of my weight! Unfortunately, I have struggled with my weight my entire adult life! I have tried WLS and that helped for a while but eventually I gained my weight back. I lost over 100 lbs with WW but I was always hungry and once again gained my weight back! My years of obesity finally caught up with me! In the fall of 2014 I was diagnosed diabetic. I was so good with my diet and lost about 50 lbs. This summer I have struggled and gained a few lbs back. I am hoping as the weather cools I can get back to losing again as my husband and I do a lot of traveling and I would like to live the rest of my life in a healthier and slimmer body! I have two adult children and six grandkids that want me around for a long time also.

Trying To Find Muffin In A Minute Recipe
It looks like you got all the info you need for MIM's. I also enjoy a pancake in the morning once in a while so here's that recipe.

Single flaxmeal pancake...

Mix dry ingredients:
1/4 cup flax meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Pkt Splenda or Stevia
Pinch of salt

Add wet ingredients
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 large egg
1 tblsp water

Cook in fry pan same as you would a regular pancake. Tastes wonderful topped with butter.

Now that I am in OWL, some times I add a few blueberries or pecans. I also use 2 tbsp SF syrup on it after it's cooked.

Try and enjoy!
