As my clothing started feeling more and more tighter throughout 2013. Although I enjoyed eating the whole container of cookies and downing a full bag of chips, last month I was forced to go buy new pants only to be shocked that I ballooned up about 3 sizes. I know I can do better and I refuse to invest in any more money for clothes other than what I need to get by and not be inappropriate. I am here for accountability and motivation and I am determined to get back into my already beautiful wardrobe for the spring and summer.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Once a week. I know someone that used to weigh everyday and she became addicted to the scale and it ultimately led to an eating disorder. Once a week keeps me focused on what my goal is and helps keep me accountable to not get off track.

Kettle bells!
@scmetterling34....you're inspiring me to keep up with the kettlebells you look fab!
@thickgurl...I have a 10, 20 and 25. I will have to see how long it takes for me to graduate to the 20 and 25 but you only need one. I've seen some more advanced videos where people use 2.

I'll have to check out Amazon and Fitness blender soon, thanks for the info.

Kettle bells!
@wholefoodnut I purchased mine from Walmart too. I checked out the website dragondoor.com so that's where I found the most information on dvd's.

Kettle bells!
HAPPY NEW YEAR! I'm new and just started working out and decided to use Kettle bells. I prefer to workout at home so far in under 30 minutes and I was whipped like I'd worked out for an hourSmile I'm looking forward to posting my progress. I especially like that I seem to get both cardio and strength all in one instead of hoping to not do too much of one and not the other. Has anyone else tried them?
