I restarted. All the progress that i have made, what little it was, has totally been sabatoged when i went on vacation this past few weeks. Sigh. I have restarted and hope this time that all will go well and that i can finally loose this god awful weight and be done with it.

Ok this is like my third restart. But that is ok. I have the tools that I need to do this. I am determined. Finals are over in a couple of days and that is when I really want to start. I know that i will be absent minded and it wont pay.

I'm a bit disappointed with myself. I didn't pay attention the past couple of months. Here is the good thing. Last weigh in I was wrong, I didn't loose as much weight as I thought I did. I read the scale wrong. I lost Internet connection and couldn't really update anything online. I just got an itouch and found the app for the site. I think it so much easier now because I can track on the go and not really worry bought writing it down on paper.

Yeah me. I didnt loose the weight that I wanted last week and I knew that was because of my "friend". But this morning when I took my weight I had lost what I had wanted and what I had wanted this week. I am so happy. My ankle has been bothering me so I havent been to the gym...but I bought a brace and will be going tonight

I could have done a bit better this week. I wasnt really motivated and I think that is because of hormones...The good news is that I did loose some weight this week. Not alot like I wanted but I am ok with that....some weight loss is better than no weight loss. I think its because of 1.lack of determination, 2. my hormones with the dreaded monthy friend showing up, 3. Lack of drinking so much water like I did the first week...and 4. Its a proven fact that the wieght loss will slow down....Anyway That is not going to keep me from my goal or doing the best I can. This is a lifestyle change and I need to remberthat
