Managing good food for weight loss
Thank y'all for all the good info. I am gathering info from all over the place. Some good and some bad. I think it is wack to keep fat to 10% when it is good fat. I am stuck in my weight loss. I should be glad where I am at for my build and age. Everyone says I look good. I would still like to loose 10 more pounds to get my BMI in range. I think I will keep eating real food....taste the best, most satisfying, and best for my body.

Managing good food for weight loss
My fat content i suppose to be 10%. However, I ate nothing but 'real' food today - fresh milk, lentils, almonds, egg and oatmeal. My fat content is 40% of my calories. Any suggestions on how to arrange good food and lower the fat content?
