Put and drop some weight all the time. The only sure thing in my equation is the height of 183 cm and my age 28 years. I desperately try to become 58 to 60 kg and feel more good in my own skin. I have a very bad attitude previous times when I take this journey. I weight my self twice a day and after very hard time in dieting and working out I rich my goal weight and start gaining back.
Every time when this thing happens to me I feel more and more desperate. It feels like I make a sacrifice and I hate it. I have a stable weight of 64 kg.
I previously diet with Pierre Dukan diet and Atkins on 1000 calories. And I feel really bad I hardly eat may daily needs because I'm not a meat lover. I eat meat occasionally but not every day even not every weak.
Now I feel more good with myself because I love salads and eat it every meal. I eat fish once a weak mackerel and eggs once or twice a week. I'll try to cut all red meat and dairy products because I believe that they had a lot of estrogen. I hope to have more healthy life and feel happy.

Tips to fight the cravings?
Try with protein bars. But if you eat it every day you stop losing weight. I take one protein bar with me when I go to birthdays or parties. This is only thing that can stop me to don't eat ice cream(my favorite) or a birthday cake. When I'm at home is much easier because we take a decision to do not bring a food with high sugar carbohydrates at home. Cookies, pizza, ice cream and etc. In the fridge we keep only raw vegetables, dairy (cheese & milk), and some roast meat. Its hard when you have a temptations at night for something sweet to go outside and to buy it and after that you can eat ït while go back at home, because of the rule don't bring junk at home
