Hello all I'm Mandy, I'm a part time working mom of 3 boys ages 10, 6 and 3. They keep me pretty busy to say the least. I also hold a part time job on the weekends just to keep me sane so I can have adult conversations a few days a week lol. Anyway I'm not your average mom I'm far from the stereotypical soccer mom. I have tattoos and I have bright red and black hair have my nose pierced you get the idea. I like being the different mom. I'm 29 years old I've been married for over 10 years to my very supportive husband he's wonderful and has never given me any grief about me gaining weight over the years. He's stuck with me through thick and thin (literally). Since my youngest son was born over 3 years ago Ive dropped about 120lbs. At my highest I was 330lbs and currently I'm 240. I'm sure you can do the math I've gained back some of what I lost which is why I'm back in the game now. I lost most of my weight on Atkins however after doing it on and off for 3 years I just got sick and tired of not being able to eat fruit!!! I love fruits all of them which is why I've chosen Fat smash diet way of life now. Atkins got the bulk of my weight off but now I'm on to something a little more my style of eating . Anyway Thats my bio happy dieting...I hope we all become losers soon...

How much weight did EVERYONE take off in phase 1???
Honestly it all depends on how well you stick to the diet, and how well your body responds to it. Not everyone is going to lose the same amount some are going to build more muscle (which weighs more) So everyones results will vary. Healthy amounts to lose per week are around 1 pound a week so you can probably expect that anything more is a bonus obviously. Remember we didn't all become overweight overnight so its gonna take some time to lose. Took me over 3 years to lose 100lbs. Just take it one day at a time and if ya fall get right back up and start going again don't faulter. Keep on Smashin!

Soup on phase 1 of the fat smash diet
Ive eaten the southwestern corn? I believe thats the name its the select variety in the boxes. I think as long as you watch the sodium content those soups are acceptable.

Would any of this be allowed?
Be careful with the garden chicken patties they are breaded and I know thats a no no in phase one. I give ya props for the tofu I can't stand the stuff lol. I'll stick with my soy products lol.

Would any of this be allowed?
Ive used the lightlife products with great results plus they are made with soybeans and they are allowed. I think you just need to use yoru own judgement if thats okay or not everything in moderation. I even at the gardenburger variety riblett one night during phase one just to get over that craving for meat. Its a soy product but it works. I don't like tofu so I can't really tell ya yea or nay on that. Good luck....
